Tana Davila has been a director since January 2026. Ms. Davila currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer of Dutch Bros, one of the fastest-growing beverage brands in the U.S. She brings 20+ years of experience across CPG, foodservice, and multi-unit retail, leading iconic brands in both corporate and franchise models. Prior to joining Dutch Bros, Ms. Davila served as Chief Marketing Officer for CKE Restaurants, leading Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s and driving strategic transformation of the company’s $4B+ restaurant portfolio. She also spent more than eight years at P.F. Chang’s, culminating in her role as Chief Marketing Officer where she led the restaurant, ecommerce, and retail businesses for the brand. Ms. Davila's work has been recognized by The Wall Street Journal (Marketers That Matter), Nation’s Restaurant News (Power List), and the GLOBEE Awards (Female Executive of the Year). She is a Fulbright Scholar and holds a BA from Washington University, an MBA from Emory University, and a JD from Seton Hall University.

Robert D. Wright

Robert D. Wright has been a director since January 2026. Most recently, Mr. Wright served as President and CEO for Potbelly from 2020 to 2025. Under his leadership, Potbelly successfully expanded their footprint and developed one of the fastest-growing digital platforms in the restaurant industry. His efforts culminated in a successful acquisition of Potbelly by RaceTrac in 2025. Prior to joining Potbelly, Mr. Wright served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, International of The Wendy’s Company, which owns and operates a chain of quick service restaurants, from May 2016 to May 2019 and Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer from December 2013 to May 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Wright served in leadership roles with other restaurant brands, including Charley’s Philly Steaks, Checker’s Drive-In Restaurants, Inc. and Domino’s Pizza, Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University.

Joe Taylor

Joe Taylor has been a director since January 2025 and most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Brinker International, Inc. (“Brinker”) until his retirement in June 2024. Brinker is one of the world’s leading casual dining restaurant companies and home of Chili’s® Grill & Bar, Maggiano’s Little Italy®. During his tenure at Brinker, Mr. Taylor served in various leadership roles in finance, investor relations, restaurant development, risk management, corporate affairs and communications for Brinker and its brands. Prior to joining Brinker, Mr. Taylor spent nearly 18 years in the banking industry in several client-related and corporate finance positions. Mr. Taylor actively engages with the restaurant industry and has held leadership positions with multiple trade associations. He is director emeritus of the National Restaurant Association and trustee emeritus of the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. Mr. Taylor is well-qualified to serve on our Board due to his 25 years of experience within the restaurant sector, particularly in the areas of finance, investor relations, restaurant development, risk management, corporate affairs and communications.

    Elizabeth “Liz” Williams has served as our Chief Executive Officer since March 2024. Prior to joining El Pollo Loco, Ms. Williams was the CEO of Outfox Hospitality and Foxtrot, a modern café and convenience store. Ms. Williams also led Hart House, LLC, and served as CEO of Drybar Holdings. Previously, Liz spent over 10 years at Yum! Brands, Inc (NYSE: YUM) in various roles across Yum and Taco Bell, where she was part of the leadership team that drove a significant brand turnaround from 2011-2020. Liz was the President of Taco Bell International, responsible for strategy, growth, and performance across 30 countries. Before this role, Liz was the Global Chief Financial Officer of Taco Bell, leading Finance, Technology, and e-commerce. Prior to Yum, Ms. Williams spent six years at Boston Consulting Group, specializing in the Consumer and Retail practice. Liz began her career at Dell Technologies in various sales, marketing, and finance roles over seven years. Liz holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas and an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management. Liz serves on the board of Stitchfix (NASDAQ: SFIX) and previously served on the board of Viant (NASDAQ: DSP).

    Nancy Faginas-Cody

    Nancy Faginas-Cody has been a director since December 2021. Ms. Faginas-Cody retired from Walt Disney Company as the Senior Vice President, Information Technology Enterprise Business Systems, a position she held from 2013 to 2020. She previously served as Vice President, Information Technology for Disney Consumer Products, Inc. from 2004 to 2013 and as Director, Information Technology for Disney Stores Worldwide from 1999 to 2004. In her most recent role with Walt Disney Company, she was responsible for the global corporate enterprise business systems. Prior to Walt Disney Company, Ms. Faginas-Cody served in IT leadership roles for retailers such as FEDCO and MacFrugal’s. Ms. Faginas-Cody holds an MBA from the University of California-Irvine and a bachelor’s degree in economics from California State University-Fullerton. With more than 40 years of experience in Information Technology, Ms. Faginas-Cody is well-qualified to serve on our Board.

    Deborah Gonzalez

    Deborah Gonzalez has been a director since December 2021. Ms. Gonzalez brings over 30 years of brand and marketing experience to our Board. Ms. Gonzalez currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer for The Joint Chiropractic, a national franchised healthcare company focused on delivering convenient and affordable chiropractic care, a position she has held since October 2025. Previously, Ms. Gonzalez held senior leadership positions in diverse industries, such as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications for Concentrix from 2020 to 2025, Senior Partner for CMO Consulting Group from 2018 to 2020, Chief Brand/Marketing Officer for Massage Envy Franchising from 2014-2018 and various senior leadership roles at PetSmart, Inc. from 2002 to 2014, including Vice President, Merchandising Marketing. Ms. Gonzalez holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a bachelor’s degree in business economics from University of San Diego. With Ms. Gonzalez’s specific expertise in franchising, building brands and delivering marketing programs that help grow demand and loyalty with a focus on customer experience, she is well-qualified to serve on our Board.

    Douglas Babb

      Douglas J. Babb has been the Chairperson of our board since December 2025 and a director since 2018. From 2007 to 2014, he was Chief Executive Officer of Cooper Clinic, P.A., one of the largest multi-specialty, physician-owned clinics in the Arkansas region. Mr. Babb served as an Adjunct Instructor for the College of Business at the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith from 2010-2014. From 2015 to present, he serves as Managing Director for Babb Strategic Services, L.L.P. (“Babb Strategic”), a consulting and strategic planning services company that he formed in 2006. Prior to forming Babb Strategic, he served as Executive Vice President - Chief Administrative and Legal Officer, and Secretary of Beverly Enterprises, Inc., a leading provider of healthcare services to the elderly in the United States, from 2000 to 2006. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice-President and Chief of Staff and Senior Vice-President- Merchandise Business Unit for the Burlington Northern Santa Corporation from 1995 to 2000. As Senior Vice-President-Merchandise Business Unit, Mr. Babb was responsible for $3 Billion of the Company's $9 Billion in total revenue. For two years, he has also served as the Chair of the North American Railroads Chief Marketing Officers Committee. From 1978 to 1994, he was in the Law Department of Burlington Northern and was Vice-President and General Counsel from 1987 to 1994. Recently, he has served as Board Chair for The University of Arkansas-Fort Smith Foundation and the United States Marshals Museum. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University and a J.D. from the University of South Carolina. Mr. Babb is well-qualified to serve on our board due to his extensive experience in several different industries.

      Frank Garrido

      Frank Garrido has been a director since March 2026. Mr. Garrido currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Restaurant Officer of Domino’s Pizza, Inc. He joined Domino’s in 2017 and in his current role, he is responsible for franchise and company operations, development, in-store technology, operations services, and training. His extensive background across operations and restaurant leadership has driven strong domestic growth for the world’s largest pizza chain. Prior to joining Domino’s, Mr. Garrido held senior roles at Focus Brands and Edible Arrangements International.
